Travelling alone and very nervous HELP!

Hey guys! So I'm a junior in high school and decided to take a volunteer trip to Ghana, Africa. I'm going to be travelling alone, as in I won't know anyone when I get there and I have to take a plane trip there by myself. There will be other teens like me but I won't know anyone. I'm really nervous about this whole trip! Maybe kinda freaking out a little bit..? I don't know what is gonna happen during my trip there. I am going on July 30-Aug 12. SOMEONE PLEASE EASE MY ANXIETY! any advice?
